The Sales Manager will report directly to the CEO. This position is responsible for promoting the value proposition, products, and services of the company. The successful candidate will be extremely entrepreneurial and excited by the opportunity to work with a leader in Broach Manufacturing technology. The Sales Executive must have a proven track record selling capital equipment to global fortune 100 manufacturing companies in the automotive and heavy equipment industries.
Give order booking targets to each sales staff & sales representative, in accordance with the targets approved by the Company.
Check the progress and follow-up on activity on order bookings target to sales staff & sales representatives.
Help sales staff & sales representatives to achieve his or her targets by advising, co-working, providing resources & etc.
Organize sales team including sales staff & sales representatives to achieve the targets of the Company.
Sales & Customer Service
Through proficient use of interpersonal skills via phone and email, engage and probe customer to ensure their true needs are determined and provide optimal solutions.
Respond in a timely and accurate manner to all incoming tasks and outbound activities and resolve issues.
Complete and respond to quotes per customer request.
Provide applications and product selection assistance.
Regular outbound calling to follow up on quotes, opportunities, and leads.
Provide support to other sales executives, engineers, and company representatives.
Maintain account relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts and cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of account organization.
2-5 years’ experience in sales of automotive products in a business-to-business environment.
A positive attitude and professional appearance along with the ability to thrive in a small company environment and build strong relationships with coworkers, customers, and partners.
Strategic business development.
Must be persistent, action-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task numerous activities but remain immediately available for incoming calls.
Experience using Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems.
Ability to interact well with all levels of customer functions up to senior executives.
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field with relative sales experience – preferred, but not necessary.
Work experience in, and knowledge of, Broaching or tooling products, applications, and targeted industries.
Inside sales experience serving international customers and coordinating export documentation.
Foreign language(s) abilities (Spanish – preferred)
Experience working for or with an automotive manufacturer or tooling manufacturer representative.
Formal sales or customer service training.
